Welder I: Perform routine welding tasks.
Welder II: Perfom welding tasks, either manual or robot welding, that are non-routine.
Operator I: – CNC (Laser Cutting Machine) Perform CNC laser cutting machine operations.
Operator II: - CNC (Laser Cutting Machine) Perform precise CNC (computer numerically controlled) laser cutting machining for specified work orders.
Operator II: – CNC (Press Brake) Perform precise CNC press brake (computer numerically controlled) machining for specified work.
Lab Tech I: Start up and maintain all system pumps, heaters, ovens, lights, and exhaust fans.
Material Handler I: Perform routine tasks to provide necessary materials to the assembly mechanics.
Material Handler II Perform routine tasks to provide necessary materials to the assembly mechanics.
Material Receiver I: Perform routine procedures to receive, process, and deliver both production and non-production materials to the correct locations.
Electrician: Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain industrial electrical components on facilities, equipment and machinery and their controls. Complete and/or prepare electrical/electronic preventive maintenance schedules.
Master Electrician: Facilitates the process for other company qualified electricians in obtaining their Journeyman Electrician and/or Master Electrician License. Provides documentation for on-the-job training under his/her supervision and assist these qualified electricians meet requirements set by the State of Texas.
Assembler I: Perform routine assembly procedures.
Maintenance Mechanic II: Repair and maintain production machinery and equipment in a timely manner. Install equipment and machines.
Field Service Mechanic II: Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as Industrial sized engines, compressors, auxiliary equipment associated with engines/compressors.
Laborer-Fab: Position will be deburring, grinding, and moving parts.
Field Service Technician I: Plans and coordinates activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and eliminating future operational or service difficulties.
Valve Technician:Proficient in all phases of valve repair / restoration to all of the major manufacturers of Safety valve testing and repair ( Consolidated, Crosby, Farris, AndersonGreenwood as well as Conbraco, Frick, TXT, Sage, Edwards and others ), ability to operate manual lathes for close tolerance machining of nozzles, discs, disc holders and flanges.
Inudstrial Painter: Assist with standard paint procedures, rework, and repair on all paint issues at client facility and perform other duties as assigned to assist department in meeting goals.
